Terms of Service

1) Who we are

Infinite Business Solutions (“Infinite”, “we”, “us”) provides cybersecurity and IT services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, configuration review, hardening, and related consulting services.

2) Scope, authorization, and rules of engagement

All security testing requires written authorization and a defined scope (“Rules of Engagement”). We will only test the assets explicitly listed in the agreed scope. Any out-of-scope testing is prohibited.

• You confirm you own the assets or have permission to authorize testing.
• You provide accurate asset lists, access details, and safe contact escalation paths.
• We may pause testing if we detect material risk to production availability or legal compliance.

3) Service limitations (no guarantee)

Security testing is a point-in-time assessment. We cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be found, or that systems will be free of future vulnerabilities. Results depend on provided scope, access, and constraints.

4) Client responsibilities

• Maintain backups and change control before testing.
• Provide test accounts and whitelisting if needed (WAF/IDS/IPS) to reduce false blocks.
• Ensure stakeholders are aware (IT/SOC) to avoid confusion during testing windows.
• Fixes and remediation are ultimately your responsibility unless separately contracted.

5) Confidentiality

We treat engagement data (findings, credentials, logs, evidence, architecture info) as confidential. We will not disclose it publicly without your written approval, except where required by law.

6) Sensitive data handling

If we encounter personal data, secrets, or regulated data, we will minimize collection, store it securely, and include only what is required for evidence. We recommend you rotate credentials after remediation.

7) Availability and disruption

Testing may generate load or trigger defenses. We aim to minimize disruption, but you accept that some activities (scanning, authentication testing, payload validation) can affect performance.

8) Reporting and re-test

We deliver a report describing scope, methodology, findings, evidence, severity, and recommendations. A re-test (verification) is available if included in your package or agreed separately.

9) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of our templates, tooling, and internal methodologies. You receive a license to use deliverables internally for security improvement.

10) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption.
